9.How to make an order?
1, Send us an inquiry with your requirement.
2, We will quote to you according to your requirement.
3, If anyting Ok for you, we will provide sample to you and
you pay for the sample shipping cost by yourself.
If the bottle is custom bottle, we need to received the mold cost first,
and then do a mold. After the mold done, we will make some samples
for you to check.
4, Sample approval.
5, You place the order and make 40% deposit of our PI.
6, After received the 40% deposit, we start production and inspect
before shipment.
7, Arrange shipment.
8, We arrange necessary documents and send copy of these documents.
We are also take some ptotos of the products to you.
9, You effect balance payment.
10, We send original documents or telex release the goods.

1. Can we get your free samples?
Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer’s account.
2. Can we do printing or label printing on the bottles ?
A.Yes, you can. We could offer various printing ways: screen printing, hot stamping, frost, etc.and label printing.
B.About printing Color: Color can be made according to PANTONE color Number if needed
3. Can you produce bottles according our design?
Yes, We can produce models according to your own design.
4. What is the normal lead time?
A. For stock products, we will send goods to you with 1-3 days after we receive your
payment.
B. For larger order,we can arrange shipment by sea,by air according to your requirement
5. If any defective bottle, how can you settle it for us?
We have 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle.
